The best solution for a combination unit with coagulation laser and photodisruptor on one slit lamp, is using the Haag slit lamp with A.R.C. coupling. The unique fiber coupling of the coagulation laser with the Haag-Streit slit lamp offers true coaxial beam delivery of slit lamp light, laser and aiming beam.

Versatility

Diagnosis and treatment on the same slit lamp, one after each other, is only possible with the A.R.C. coupling without any loss in optical quality just by a quick switch. The Classic laser can be easily removed from the system and taken to the operation room for endo coagulation. Optional battery supply makes the system independent from any main supply. Two fiber ports and the unique click fiber system for endo probes provide an easy and simple utilization for any user

Controlled Power + Energy

The CLASSIC laser provides a superior power output control, which maintains the power output exactly on the demand. The laser light is measured before the laser power can be released to the patients eye. The Q-LAS laser energy is checked every time the energy settings are changed. This provides controlled capsulotomies with adequate energy deposition.
